If you feel like you come from an accident-prone family or get sick easily, some of the other tools and supplies we suggest packing with your first aid are:

  • Emergency heat reflect blanket
  • CPR mask
  • Hydrocortisone cream
  • Eye drops

To help you stay just a phone call away from emergency teams, take a portable phone charger with you or get a two-way radio that you can use to send distress signals.

We want you to have near-zero stress during our next adventure, so we have our first aid kit with all the essentials! We want you to have many adventures for years to come so you can create memories that will last a lifetime.
